These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at rosenbaumrefrigeration.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by J.D. Rosenbaum Refrigeration LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), a New Jersey licensed HVAC and refrigeration contractor (NJ HVAC/R License #19HC00227400) based in Milford, NJ.

The Site provides general information about our services. The content is for informational purposes and does not create a contract or guarantee of service. Pricing, availability, and service offerings can change without notice.
3. Service area
We serve customers across Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex, and Morris counties in New Jersey. Service outside these areas is provided at our discretion and may carry additional fees. Travel charges, when applicable, are quoted before work begins.
4. Service requests and quotes
Submitting a contact form or calling us is a request for service or information — it does not create a binding contract between us. A binding contract is created only when:
- We provide a written or verbal quote that you accept, or
- You sign a service agreement, or
- We arrive on-site and you authorize work to begin.
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to on-site verification of conditions.
5. Emergency and after-hours service
Emergency and after-hours service is available 24/7 by phone. Additional rates apply for service outside our normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Specific rates will be communicated at the time of dispatch.
6. Payment and warranties
Payment terms, warranties on parts and labor, and any maintenance plan terms will be provided to you in writing for each specific job or agreement. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are passed through subject to the manufacturer's terms. Our workmanship is guaranteed as specified in the work agreement.
7. Third-party links and references
The Site may reference customer businesses, equipment brands, or link to third-party sites. References to third-party brands or businesses do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, images, the J.D. Rosenbaum penguin logo, design, and code — is the property of J.D. Rosenbaum Refrigeration LLC and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site or its content. Information about pricing, service availability, and response times is current as of the last update and subject to change.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, J.D. Rosenbaum Refrigeration LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our liability for any direct damages relating to use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any, in the prior twelve months.
This limitation does not affect any rights you have under work agreements or service contracts — those have their own separate terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top whenever we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
